Fried green tomatoes, compte cheese, avocado, spiced cashews and saba

Pine cone smoked Scottish Salmon

Crisp shiitakes, baby potatoes, fava beans, golden raisins, capers and a brown butter sauce

 

2nd Course

Bouillabaisse

Lobster, scallops, mussels, calamari, shrimp and rockfish in a lobster broth with leeks, carrot and a saffron aioli

Chanterelle mushrooms, grilled balsamic onions, basil essence and creamless creamed corn
