ENTREE

Eggs Benedict –smoked bacon, Canadian bacon, asparagus, home fries, hollandaise

French Toast- blueberry compote, expresso powder, maple syrup and home fries

Poached Eggs and Duck Hash- Brussel sprout leaves, apples, bacon and hollandaise

Linguini -shrimp, mussels, calamari, scallops, coppa ham, olives, tomato, and fresh marjoram

Fillet of Salmon pine cone smoked -morels mushrooms, spinach and roasted corn mash

Roast Prime Rib – french beans, potato gratin and truffle sauce
